Your licenced massage therapist will use various techniques (deep tissue, swedish, stretching and compressions). Our goal is always to focus on your specific needs for the session as well as making the experience restorative. Each massage includes aromatherapy & hot towels

 Effective calming massage techniques are used to help relieve discomfort for expecting mothers, reduce stress and assist in awareness of the body.   Our pregnancy table allows the client to lay prone (face down) comfortably or if preferred  pillows can be used to help provide comfortable support while lying in side position.  Hot towels are always used but essential oils are not used during this massage unless requested due to contraindications.

Take your restorative, pain relieving massage to the next level. During this massage, a generous amount (5ml) of certified organic CBD balm is applied to specific areas of sore muscles. Grade A Green gorilla CBD botanical balm is our choice of CBD because it has 600 mg of cannabidiol(active CBD) along with arnica, eucalyptus and lavender (no THC) making this extra strength topical soothing and pain relieving.

This form of Chinese Medicine dating back 3000-5000 years ago is an effective treatment used  for chronic tension. Plastic cups are places on trouble areas and pumped until skin is suctioned. First the gliding technique is used to release bound up fascia. Next the cups are places along the spine or troubled areas to stimulate blood flow and increase circulation bringing oxygenated blood to dehydrated muscles (5 min of cupping = 30 min of deep tissue!)

At the beginning of your massage generous amounts of organic beautifying oils of argan, castor, and coconut oil blended with essential oils: (lavender, basil,peppermint, lemongrass, rosemary, clary sage, cedarwood and ginger) are massaged into your hair and scalp using a silicone scalp massager and then wrapped with a warm steamed towel. These oils help stimulate hair growth, soothe dry scalp and soften hair.

90min massage + 60 min sauna $155

  Slip into a spa robe provided,  breathe in the scent of cedar and eucalyptus oil in our traditional Finnish dry sauna, while listening to nature sounds. Take a break every 10 min to step out, take a cold / warm shower, and hydrate. You and your guest of choice will have the private sauna to yourselves

Take a break every 10 min to step out,use a cold towel, hydrate, and take a cool shower. You will have the sauna completely to yourself unless you choose to have a guest join you.
