 I am passionate about creating experiences that make people feel valued; my highest goal is to make a positive ripple in the lives of the people that God puts into my life.  I've had a career in massage therapy for almost 10 years and had massaged in a variety of settings before opening Mosaic in Feb. 2015 (in Pawtucket and then changing locations to Tiverton in 2017).   I am incredibly grateful for the first massage I ever received at 21 years old because that is what led me here.

Right before I started massage school, I spent 6 months in Southern Spain which ended up being the inspiration for the Mediterranean design of Mosaic.  I had a lot of fun creating this unique and joyful space!  

I have scaled down my availability for massage to just regular clients only, to be with my children(ages 5, 3 and infant) and to be able to manage Mosaic better.  So if you have been my client in the past feel free to call or text, and we can try to coordinate an appointment! 

For anyone newer to mosaic, I'll be the one answering and hopefully we'll get to meet at Mosaic sometime while I'm popping in to clean and restock or bring healthy homemade treats.

I have been a licensed massage therapist since 2021 and a licensed esthetician since 2003.  With a background in grief counseling and early education, I have always been passionate about caring for others.  My dedication to my craft is rooted in love and I aim to provide my clients with exceptionally relaxing experiences.

I have additional training in ashiatsu, myoskeletol alignment techniques,  facelift massage and anti-aging methods.  My massages can be described as deeply relaxing, a blend of both firm and soothing techniques.  

I am a dedicated wife and mother to two girls and enjoy spending time in nature, (especially by the ocean) and painting.  Im looking forward to connection with you at Mosaic!

Knowing that I have the ability to help a person feel better makes me incredibly happy. Working in a peaceful environment is also a huge perk. Peaceful job + happy clients =a career worth holding onto! 

My journey to this career started in cosmetology and while I liked it, I didn't feel like I had found my passion. After giving it a few years of thought I decided to enroll in massage school and found something that I truly love.  I graduated from Salter School in 2015 and have taken additional training in Table Thai massage and prenatal massage.

I'm Liz - a graduate of the Community College of Rhode Island and a massage therapist who feels deeply called to healing practices. For me, this work is more than a profession—it is a way of aligning with my life’s purpose and paying forward the healing, wisdom, and compassion that has been shared with me. I’m trained in Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, hot stone, and light therapy - I believe every body carries its own story and wisdom. I tailor each session to what you need in the moment, creating space to soften, release tension, quiet the mind, and reconnect with yourself.
I believe healing unfolds when we give ourselves permission to slow down, listen inward, and simply be. My hope is to create a safe, nurturing space where you can step away from the pace of everyday life and return to your own natural rhythm. Nature is an important part of my own grounding and spiritual practice, and I find peace in time with family, sailing, walking the beaches and marsh, being outdoors, and sharing good food. I feel honored to walk alongside those seeking healing and growth, and to offer a space where you can be, receive, and reconnect with yourself.
