I am passionate about creating experiences that make people feel valued; my highest goal is to make a positive ripple in the lives of the people that God puts into my life. I've had a career in massage therapy for almost 10 years and had massaged in a variety of settings before opening Mosaic in Feb. 2015 (in Pawtucket and then changing locations to Tiverton in 2017). I am incredibly grateful for the first massage I ever received at 21 years old because that is what led me here.
Right before I started massage school, I spent 6 months in Southern Spain which ended up being the inspiration for the Mediterranean design of Mosaic. I had a lot of fun creating this unique and joyful space!
As much as I miss all of my clients, I have recently decided to take a break from massaging to be home with my daughters more (ages 3 and 10 months) and to be able to manage Mosaic better. So if you call or text, I'll be the one answering and hopefully we'll get to meet at Mosaic sometime while I'm popping in to clean and restock or bring healthy homemade treats.
I hope you love everything about your experience here especially how your body and mind feel after a great massage!

Bringing 30 years of experience as a nationally certified Massage Therapist, I am also a Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapist, Certified Polarity Practitioner, Certified Life Coach, SourcePoint Therapist and Reiki Master and dog trainer. Trauma release, Myoskeletal therapy, Aromatherapy, LaStone Hot Stone Massage and Raindrop Technique are methods I also use.
My unique style of assisting clients to explore their issues somatically (in the body) allows me to take people to the next level by helping them integrate change in their bodies. My depth of knowledge and wisdom from various trainings and vast life experience, allow me to create very safe individual sessions for people wherever they are at that time. This comprehensive approach also draws on principles of meditation, metaphysics and uses the elements of sound and color to balance the body. Optimal health and personal empowerment for each individual is the ultimate goal of my work.
I believe health is an ever evolving state of being that everyone can actively participate in. As a facilitator, my role is to assist in connecting an individual to their own health. I offer a nurturing environment for each person with my presence and personal integrity allowing everyone to work through an issue rather than being pushed through. I welcome working with anyone whether the need is from physical or emotional stress.
In practice since 2003 and NCBTMB Board Certified since 2012, I am dedicated to bringing the highest level of education and ethics to my work. As a massage trainer and continuing student, I endeavor to bring new insights to my practice each day.
International volunteer work has given me an appreciation for the gifts that culture and creation bring to wellbeing, and I weave these into each session. My massages are tailored to each individual, focused on relaxation with therapeutic outcomes. I am also certified in pre and postnatal massage bringing clients from 2nd trimester up to delivery and after care, a special joy of my work. Another joy in my life is cultivating organic crops with my family and farm dog, Barney.

Knowing that I have the ability to help a person feel better makes me incredibly happy. Working in a peaceful environment is also a huge perk. Peaceful job + happy clients =a career worth holding onto!
My journey to this career started in cosmetology and while I liked it, I didn't feel like I had found my passion. After giving it a few years of thought I decided to enroll in massage school and found something that I truly love. I graduated from Salter School in 2015 and have taken additional training in Table Thai massage and prenatal massage.
